All applier items are created with great deal of care. I work hard to ensure everything is straight and aligned properly. Minor flaws will not be refunded as nothing created for the SL avatar can be perfect due to issues with the UV Mapping.
Double transactions will only be refunded if proof of the transaction is given by the customer. Send a notecard to LamiraSangio inworld with the transaction #, date, and your avatar name. Please allow me 72 hrs to refund your lindens.
All items are Copy/No Mod/No Trans. Attachment items such a bows and mesh dress panels are set so that they can be moved to better fit your avatar. I also include resizers with these attachment items so that you can get the best size possible.
